The effect of reducing iron powder loading density

Loose density is the density of natural accumulation of powder, which depends on the relative sliding resistance between particles and the degree to which the powder space is filled by small particles.

 A) Granule size: the smaller the powder size, the smaller the loose density; 

B) Particle shape: the complex shape, the small the loose degree;

C) Rough surface: the rougher the powder surface, the smaller the loose packing density;

D) Particle size distribution: the ratio of fine powder increases, and the loose density decreases.
