The reduced iron powder is applied to oil bearing

The powder metallurgical oil bearing is compressed by conventional powder metallurgy process. The percentage of raw material weight is: reduced iron powder 97 ~ 98.5%;

Graphite 0.5 ~ 1.5%;
Copper 0.3 ~ 0.6%;
Zinc stearate was 0.7%-0.9%.
In the production of powder metallurgy parts, in order to reduce the friction between the powder particles and the powder particles and the wall, a certain amount of lubricant graphite was added in the powder mixture.
Zinc stearate also ACTS as a lubricant.
After the product is pressed and formed, the zinc stearate can not be completely burnt, leaving some ash and inorganic residue.
These residues prevent the complete and uniform sintering between the iron particles, resulting in a new pore structure and reduced the performance of the sintered parts.

Although the sintering effect is not good, but compared with other deformable agent, its powder fluidity and looseness are better.
